ACCESS TO FIELD
A certain number of players will be made available immediately after games on the field for autographs.
ANIMALS
Service animals or those in training, for guests with disabilities are allowed in NSC Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMS
The closest ATM is located in the Schwan Super Rink, adjacent to the stadium.
BAG SEARCH
The National Sports Center reserves the right to search bags upon entrance to the stadium.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and not commercial, political or offensive in nature. The National Sports Center reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.
BOX OFFICE
The ticket box office is located in the NSC plaza at the southwest corner of the stadium.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa and Mastercard are accepting at the box office.
CORPORATE/VIP AREA
The Corporate/VIP deck located just north of the main grandstand is available for rental. Please call 763.792-7355 for more information.
DISABLED SEATING
All sections in the main west grandstand have disabled seating available.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
If the stadium needs to be cleared due to inclement weather, the NSC Sports Hall is the designated area for guests to gather until the all clear is given.
FIRST AID
If a guest needs first aid, please see the nearest staff member or come to the NSC Box Office where medical personnel can be summoned.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No food or beverage is allowed to be brought into the stadium.
GATE OPENING TIME
Gates will open one hour prior to game time.
LOST AND FOUND
Guests should come to the NSC Box Office during the game to claim lost items. If an item is discovered missing after attending the game, please call 763.785.5601 for assistance.
PARKING
Parking is free for NSC Minnesota Stars games. The National Sports Center has various parking facilities across the campus. Total parking capacity is approximately 3,800.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
No bottles, cans or coolers are permitted inside the NSC Stadium.
RE-ENTRY
To gain re-entry to the stadium, fans must stop at the main gate for a hand stamp from one of the ushers. No fans without a handstamp will be allowed back into the stadium, even with a ticket stub.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in the main west grandstand. Portable toilets will also be located near the east bleachers and the corner pub. The Schwan Center will not have restrooms available.
SCHWAN CENTER TERRACE/CONFERENCE SUITES
The conference suites and elevated terrace at the Schwan Center are available for private rental. Please call 763.792.7355 for more information.
WILL CALL
All will call tickets can be picked up at the NSC Box Office. Picture ID is required.
